Caroll Castleberry, P.L.S., Vice President, Survey, manages HWA's commercial and engineering survey projects. He has demonstrated over 34 years of successful Land Surveying experience - 13 in Georgia and 21 in Central Florida. His high standards, for both himself and those individuals working with him, produce a comprehensive, accurate, and communicative work product.
Recognizing the importance of supporting the advancement of the Surveying profession, Caroll was an adjunct professor in the surveying program at Valencia Community College for 10 years and served on the Advisory Board for the development of the Surveying Technology Program. He is a past President of the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society and has served on the City of Kissimmee's Board of Adjustment for the past 13 years.
